ipetbliss ships worldwide. We deliver to every country and region that can be selected at checkout — if your country appears there, we ship to you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Shipping options and rates

We offer one shipping method — Standard shipping. Delivery time is 10–18 business days after dispatch.

United States: $18 on orders under $159.
Rest of world: $25 on orders under $159.
All other destinations: a lower flat rate applies to orders under $159 — the exact amount for your destination is shown at checkout.
Orders over $159 ship FREE worldwide.

The free-shipping threshold is $159 for every country and region we ship to, and a single shipping method is offered, so there is no separate express option to choose from.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once shipped. You can also track your order from the “My Account” page after signing in.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes wherever the carrier supports delivery to them.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or the shipping fee. If a parcel is refused at customs, the original shipping cost is not refundable.
